Fresh string beans
Garlic flavored olive oil
Wash the string beans well and snap off the stem end.
In a skillet with sides and a lid, simmer string beans in a small amount of water (not enough to cover). Simmer 5-6 minutes or until slightly tender but al dente.
Drain the water and drizzle garlic olive oil over. Shake pan to coat the beans. Serve warm or cold. Delicious added to salads.
