1 turkey tenderloin or london broil (this may also be called boneless turkey breast)
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice or orange juice
1 t. fresh ginger, grated
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
black pepper or minced red peppers, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. Marinate meat for several hours before grilling.
Preheat grill. Remove turkey from marinade and grill on medium-high, turning frequently and basting with leftover marinade. Cook until inside temperature reaches 185 on a meat thermometer. Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
NOTE: Whole Foods makes a delicious Teriyaki Marinade and I also like Marinade Bay Products' Sesame & Ginger Sauce.
